I found that the start of the year is the best time to visit as this is when you will find that the most festivals are on. Just have to watch out with the currency exchanges (as in most countries) and know what you should be getting for how much. If you can, use a iphone app or something that will tell you the exchange rate and exactly how much you should be getting (I speak from experience). Other than that, enjoy!
